We do have physical entrance examination for intending students who wish to join the train of learners who are going to be Future Champions. The physical examination is mostly done by intending parents who reside within Ekiti State. Coming to write the physical exam will enable you and your child to have a glimpse of the superb school environment.
Our physical examination is on individual basis. Just call the Admin Officer on +(234)-903-7601-416 to book a date that is convenient for your child to do the exam between Monday and Saturday. We equally have online examination for all intending students living far away from the school environment. This will help those students to surmount the challenge that long distance may pose. CBT questions will be attempted by the intending applicants on the school website. Their scores in the said online exam will be revealed almost immediately they click submit. Admin Officer will review the child's performance and send admission letter, the school bill and the list of items required to the successful candidates.

Aspiring students into our institution sit the Entrance Examination which comprises Mathematics and English Language and General Knowledge.
If successful, the Candidates are invited for Oral Interviews and Aptitude Tests.
Admission is granted to Candidates who are successful after sitting the Entrance Examination and taking part in the Oral Interviews and Aptitude Tests.

Age Consideration

At St. Louis Grammar School, Ikere Ekiti, a new intake into JSS 1 must have turned ten (10) by August of the year of entry into the school.
A student in the boarding house must be mature enough to take good care of herself, carry out the normal daily routine, and still be able to face her studies squarely.
Also, this age limitation is to ensure that the girls are at least 16 years old when leaving the school. We hope parents would understand this stance of the school and co-operate with us to produce mature ladies for the next phase of their lives.

We admit candidates from all nationalities, tribes and creeds. Though a faith-based school of the Catholic Church, all non-Catholic or non-Christian students in our school are not forced to change their religion or denomination. Any change in creed by any student to Catholicism must be with the full consent of the parents.
